When a liner is the wrong fix

CIPP suitability depends on the geometry, access, surrounding support and structural design, not just the visible host-pipe wall. Some systems are designed to provide structural strength, but a liner does not correct a sag or regrade a run. Collapses, major offsets or missing pipe sections need specialist assessment and may require localized repair before lining. The footage taken after cleaning often reveals these problems, because buildup hides them.
